DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Indie Ross sells digital products only, including wedding website templates, save the date templates, Canva templates, downloadable files, and related digital materials.

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once access to the digital product has begun, except where required by applicable law.

IMMEDIATE ACCESS AND WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

Customers in the European Union and certain other jurisdictions may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days.

However, because our products consist of digital content supplied electronically, you may be asked during checkout to: expressly request immediate access to your digital product before the withdrawal period expires; and acknowledge that, once delivery of the digital content begins, you lose your statutory right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.

Where you provide this consent and acknowledgement, your right of withdrawal ends once access to the digital product has been provided.

Once access has begun, we do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind, accidental purchases, or because you no longer wish to use the product, except where required by applicable law.

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights if the digital product is defective, not as described, or otherwise fails to comply with applicable consumer protection laws.

DOWNLOAD AND ACCESS ISSUES

If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us at indierossart@gmail.com and include your order number together with a brief description of the problem: Difficulty accessing or downloading your files; Corrupted or incomplete files; Missing files; Receiving the incorrect digital product.

Where appropriate, we will resolve the issue by restoring access, supplying corrected files, or providing the correct digital product.

Providing a replacement or restoring access does not automatically entitle you to a refund where another appropriate remedy is available under applicable law.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT DIGITAL CONTENT

If you believe your digital product is defective, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering the issue.

We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, provide a corrected version, replacement files, restored access, or any other remedy required by applicable law.

WHEN REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE

Except where required by applicable law, refunds will not be provided for: Change of mind; Accidental purchases; Failure to read the product description before purchasing; Incompatibility with your own device, browser, software, printer, platform, or third-party account; Failure to use or download the purchased product; Misunderstanding of product features where the product description was accurate; Discounted or promotional purchases; Gift cards, where applicable.
